Ares Management paid 8.4 million for three industrial buildings near the Nashville airport. Exeter was the seller. The Nashville Business Journal reports Exeter paid million for the property three years ago.

Ares purchased the Airpark East industrial park, located on Airpark Center East. The buildings, located at 101, 111 and 121 Airpark Center E., offer a collective 622,750 square feet of industrial space and sit on around 35 acres. One of the buildings is an Amazon fulfillment center.

Ares Management has $109.5 billion of assets under management and 44 offices across the globe.

Several new projects are in the works, including Hamilton Development’s new 2.1 million-square-foot speculative industrial park in Clarksville and Stream Realty’s 1.1 million-square-foot industrial project in Lebanon.
